Hello! :)

Soo just a couple things I've been up to :) My Idaho registration and insurance on my car ends this month, so I've been trying to get everything all worked out with insurance and registration, which includes inspection for us Texans! Woo Hoo! So I replaced my windshield wipers, and went ahead and  cleared my headlights too, and WOW, what i difference!!

 I'm handy ;)

Aaaaaand I just said good-bye to my sweetheart tonight. He came to visit this weekend! It's always so hard for me to say goodbye to him :( He is definitely my best friend, I miss him so much when he's gone... He is so very very sweet to me and treats me soooo well :) It makes me very happy when he's here! I love going to church with him, I love having him around my family (I think my nieces like him more than me! haha ;)) He's just so great :)

A Series of Unfortunate Events.

Hello! Well.. Something bad was bound to happen to my car... It's been so great for me this last year! I've drove it from Idaho, to Wyoming, to Nauvoo, to Texas! And since I moved to Texas, it's been from San Antonio to Dallas.. numerous times :) Pretty sure I've put over 10,000 miles on it! Whoa.
Anyways, Last night there was a very exciting hail storm in our area! And it completely shattered my back windshield and put two cracks in my front. Great :)
Fortunately, Jed being the amazing man that he is, called some places to get estimates while I was at work so I didn't have to worry :) He's the best.

Ohh and the "series" of unfortunate events includes locking my keys in the car with the ignition running for three hours, breaking my gold necklace Jed gave me to two years ago, and running over a cat. All except the last is true.
BUT on a positive note, I have a new found hobby... Attempting to play the Ukulele! :) Which I may or may not post a video of one day... If I ever get a song down :) AND that picture up yonder was taken on my new IPAD! :) Just another way my Jedders is looking out for me :) My work sometimes makes me take a two hour lunch break, and since I work so far away I can't go home.. Jed didn't want me to be bored :) He's the sweetest man in the world, really. :) Speaking of, if any of you have any cool apps I should download, please let me know!!

Oh hey! I got a job! I'm starting my third week there today :)

At The Children's Courtyard!
I was really excited to start, because it's a nation-wide company and the training was very professional (And I like that!) My director's name in Jessica, and she's really great! Though when the time came to get into my actual classroom of toddlers... It was not as professional as the training, at least the other teachers weren't. BUT I'm still learning a lot! Like patience, kindness and love towards all :) And even some opportunities to share the gospel! I'm also learning a lot of techniques that I'll be able to implement in my own parenting one day, and how I personally feel about about treating children and disciple, etc etc.
AND of course I'm falling in love with the kids, like I usually do :)

Gettin Girly

Hello! :) I don't know how well you, dear reader, know me; but most of my life I have been on the tomboy spectrum. I was a rough and tough child. A sports lover. A pink hater. I basically steered clear of anything TOO girly..

WELL, This post is to basically tell ya'll that ever since I moved out of my parents house and have gone to college.. I have embraced the girly girl within....

Which means,

YES, I am addicted to shopping.

YES, I have been wearing bows in my hair.

YES, I love make-up and doing my hair.

YES, I have more dresses than shorts now.

YES, I love sparks.

YES, I own more than one pink shirt!

YES, I want to own a pair of shoes in every color.

YES, I am baby hungry.... haha........

YES, I love ruffles and flowers and polka dots (sometimes).
